Ask questions. Most people should ask plenty of questions like: What anti-virus should I have? How much will this cost me in the long run? Can you fix this in a timely fashion? How long do i have to wait for parts? And can I keep my computer while the part is being delivered. Don't let anyone tell you that computer you have had for longer than a year or two is no good anymore.
