We are selling our home and hired Ricky Driver/CSI to repair some inspection items before closing. There was moisture found in our crawlspace, a leak & mold/mildew. He remedied all that in less than 2 days plus repaired our gas fireplace igniter, installed sliding glass closet doors, and so much more. What impressed me the most about his service was his range of capabilities and his empathy to our short time frame & budget. We hired him so close to the xmas holiday too, but he still got the job done working right up until the day before at an extremely fair/competitive price. He was ready & willing to answer our calls, meet us when necessary & provided everything we requested of him to appease the buyer. Moreover, he even agreed to meet the buyer to explain the work done & direct the buyer as to the proper use of the repaired items free of charge. The quality of his work was on par, we requested certain things & he nailed it. If there was anything that could have improved our experience it would have been not having to re-clean the floors of our house afterwards, but no harm no foul. We greatly appreciate Ricky Driver/CSI & would definitely refer his services to anyone looking for a personable and professional contractor. We retained Rick to do a small landscaping job, and subsequently extended the job to include power washing and painting of exterior trim around the house. We are very happy with the work done by Rick and his team. Even our neighbors told us "they did a great job!". Very reasonable pricing, very easy/pleasing to work with. Overall, a very positive experience for us!

I recently purchased a house and the front yard was a war-zone. Horribly bumpy, tons of dead stumps, randomly placed trees, and all weeds and no grass. I hired Rick for some grading, stump removal, and sodding and let me tell you, I almost drove past my house the first time I pulled up after he finished. I barely recognized it from how beautiful it looks! In less than 24 hours I already received 3 compliments from my neighbors. Not only was Rick the most competitively priced person I spoke to, but he actually listened to what I wanted, which was surprisingly rare during the other consultations I received. Not only that, but he took the time to explain what he was doing and the process to me (first time homeowner so I have no idea what I am doing). Since I have never had work like this done, I was constantly calling/texting him asking questions and he took the time to make sure he answered every single one. He made sure to text me updates on the work status while I was at work and if he was ever delayed (which was rare) he was professional and informed me so I wasn't waiting around. If you're looking to have work done, stop looking and give Rick a call. I will be using him again in the future and look forward to seeing how great my house can look.

1. Always meet the contractor on site. 2. Request all estimates in writing. 3. It's customary industry wide to for the contractor to request a 35% to 40% retainer before project start. 4. No other payments should be made until project is finished or unless the customer adds more to the scope of the original project. 5. If the customer adds more to the scope of the original it should be in writing on a separate work order and handled as a new project.
