Very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, though I didn't catch half of what he was talking about, but that was on me, not him. I had issues and he corrected them. Had a follow-up phone call with him and he helped unwrap additional issue.

Man was he great! Helped me unmount two of my 50inch TV’s, moved them to the new location, AND mounted them in the new apartment. Saved me so much hassle, he was even EARLY after allowing me to reschedule! I’m so grateful for his expertise, and professionalism.. offered me follow ups to make sure the installations held up, and to no surprise…I haven’t had to call!
