They were very knowable and willing to go above and beyond. We had a someone unique situation that other companies where not willing to work with, but Sanchez Remodeling came in and made it happen. They did what they said and communicated well. They did not leave the job until they confirmed we were pleased with the work. A real pleasure to work with.

He was very communicative and responsive. Made the drive 3 hours away to complete a minor task for me (nobody else would). The work complete was exceptional and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone!

Sanchez Remodeling did an absolutely incredible job building a sensory room in our basement for our son, who is on the autism spectrum. From start to finish, they were patient, understanding, and truly listened to what our family needed. They took the time to understand how our son uses his space, and they designed the room with so much intention, safety, and comfort in mind. The quality of their work is outstanding. every detail was done with care. They communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Most importantly, they created a space where our son feels calm, safe, and happy. Watching him enjoy the room has meant the world to us.I cant recommend Sanchez Remodeling enough. If youre looking for a team who cares about your family, does excellent work, and goes above and beyond, this is the company you want. We are so grateful for them!

Sanchez Remodeling tried to charge us around 10x his advertised rate. We asked him if he could install two window ac units that we had already purchased and placed in the apartment. A job that usually takes about an hour total not counting drive time and he wanted to charge us around $650 to complete the job. I recommend being very cautious when dealing with this person. We did not hire him for the work. He could have just said he didn’t want to do the work if he didn’t want to do it. He really likes to tell you about how he is righteous though. Problem is I do his job for a living so I know what a reasonable rate is. I just want available to get it done.

Yesterday's price isn't today's.
to travel 3-4 hours total on top of handle the job with a guy yes ma'm hour to two at most depending on complexity. complexity. I offered a lower rate and discounted my on top of another as well just because I was going by.
If you weren't willing to pay for quality craftsmanship it's okay.
Oh also considering I had to squeez y'all in on a Sunday while already having a current project undergoing. So canceling that so I could attend you quickly. Its a fair price for one in the distance like myself. If you didn't want to pay even me dropping it to $450.00 I suggest find your cheapest carpenter/handyman in your area or do it yourself.
No disrespect. My prices are more then fair for all that I have established. No need to bash down on me because I travel through out the whole state and know how to charge a bit more for one's dedication and expertise.
