- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job varies some are priced by the size. While others are by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I like to meet with them and discuss the project first. Then I send them a quote. The last step is to do the job and leave with a pleased customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the construction industry off and on since 1996. Was also a carpenter in the military. Just started working on my own however.
