We had them put a split air conditioner in our home in Fargo. After installation, there was a minor issue; they came back to the house promptly after we contacted them and resolved the issue. We are very satisfied with the service and the product.

I am so impressed by the service and quality products that Aire Serv provides. All team members worked together and very diligently to provide us with a superior experience. We installed an air exchange unit in our home. The initial quote was quick and easy. Joe explained the product and the install, leaving all of my questions answered. We were able to quickly schedule the install. Shane came out to install the product and he was met with quite a challenge, regarding placement and mounting the air exchange unit. He was patient, precise, and efficient with the install. He took his time and had no problem coming out a second day to finish the job. I appreciated that he was clearly proud of his work and is a person of integrity to go to great lengths to do the job well and right, rather than quick and easy. We have also had to call for service on our furnace. I appreciate that a technician is available 24/7 to either come out or help us trouble shoot over the phone to get the furnace working in the middle of winter.
