Danielle did an amazing job updating my old resume. It was exactly what I dreamed of but could never do on my own. Her rates are very reasonable. She was one day late which wasn't a problem at all considering the amount of work she had done. I would highly recommend. Update: After hiring for my resume, I purchased a $1000 comprehensive job search plan from the vendor. I was promised several things that have not been delivered. I have not received a single job lead in 2.5 months. I did not receive an updated resume as promised. I was promised weekly video calls and have had 2 after several emails. My emails to the vendor go unanswered. I am currently seeking a refund as I have not one item that was promised. Stay away.

Not only did I provide nearly and additinal month to you for free, but, I also crafted and entirely new resume portfolio for you, and now am refunding you on your latest month (that just started this week), after performing work and research for the entire week. I apologize to you for the fact that you are not getting responses. It does happen, and is outside of my control. I can, without a doubt, confirm that my team worked extremely hard on your file during the entire (and extra time) that I was working with you. As stated multiple times during our service. there is no guarantee. We will do everything we can, and that's all that can be asked of us. I am sorry that you are disappointed in this portion of our services and I am genuinely sad to see you go.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first assess the client's needs and learn more about what they are trying to do. Then, we we cater those needs with their project deliverables, and establish a very user-friendly and easy to understand contract.

I personally have a BA in English and Spanish.
