- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our website explains the various packages available. We quote here the basic Officiant Only. If you'd like to go All Inclusive, Super Clergy or add the Day of Coordination, those cost extra. In 2015 we called all our couples married prior to 2010, at that time 100% of all those Couples who worked with us in the All Inclusive package were all still married 5 years later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With thumbtack we contact you via the bid. We then set up a time to meet and go over what you are looking for in your special day. We go over options and discuss what you need, want, and all desire. We repeat often, It is your day, it is your way. We help insure it is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our officiants have Masters of Divinity degrees from Andover-Newton Theological School. Rev Carleton and Rev Dorothy earned theirs in 2006 and have been doing yearly Continuing Education Units every year since.
