- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and always keep my word when i quote a price even if it turns out that I have to do alot more work than I had originally anticipated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have a conversation with my customers before the actual day of the appointment to find out their preferences and expectations and just kind of get of a feel for them. Also like to let them know what to expect from me so everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to NAPO National Assoc for Professional Organizers.
