My experience with Darren Peveler of DP Mobile welding has turned into a nightmare. After not properly assessing the situation and frying our card reader, he had to come back to cut the weld to run new wire and dropped the card reader causing further damage. At first Darren tried to say he found the card reader cracked when he arrived, but luckily for us, he was seen on video dropping it. We filed a claim with Darren's insurance company but they are not paying the full amount of damages $1626.73. because Darren is telling more lies that he checked in with our office before beginning work to shut power off but that is not the truth. The card reader is on the outside of our building and Darren took it upon himself to start working and never called nor came into the office to announce his arrival or request the power be turned off. I am sick about this. At first I felt bad for Darren that a $130 job had gone so bad, one debacle after another but the dishonesty makes it hard to feel any sympathy for him now.
