- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clean, clear, open and honest is the only way we like to do business. We won’t nickel and dime you to death on your bill and if there ever was a change it would be far from a surprise as all options are always openly discussed to arrive at the appropriate resolution to any unforeseen seen circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free estimates for all work we do and are more then happy to discuss any and all options to complete your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the Apartment Association of Nebraska we take advantage of many opportunities of training in any and all home maintenance areas provided.
