- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fertilization and weed control plans are straight forward. We use the highest quality products, as opposed to the "cheapest" available. Below are the cost and description of each of our plans for a normal sized yard, that 95% of our residential customers would be categorized as. Applications such as fungicide, grub control, and broad spectrum insecticide can be added on to any plan or ordered ala carte throughout the year on an as needed basis. Plan 1: 4 Step Program (Fertilization only) - $268.80 (Add Spring Liquid Aeration for $69!) • Fertilizer application- Applied early/mid April. • Fertilizer application- Applied late May, early June. • Fertilizer application- Applied late July depending on temps and rainfall. • Fertilizer application- Applied in mid-September. Plan 2: 8 Step Program (Fertilization plus Max weed control)- $552.96 (Add Spring Liquid Aeration for $69!) • Spring combo pre-emergence/fertilization. Early/mid April. • Fertilizer application- Applied late May, early June. • Broadleaf spray to eliminate any existing weeds-Applied in late April. • Broadleaf spray- Applied late May, early June. • Crab Grass/Broadleaf spray-Applied July. • Crab Grass/Broadleaf spray-Applied August • Fertilizer application-Applied in late July depending on temps and rainfall. • Fertilizer application-Applied in September. Plan 3: 10 Step Just Perfect Lawn Program (Fertilization, Max weed control, Fall Aeration, with over-seed) $680.96 (Add Spring Liquid Aeration for just $49!) • Spring combo pre-emergence/fertilization. Of course, when it comes to something like fertilization plans, it's fairly straight forward. 1) Contact us via text, e-mail, or phone. 2) We will answer your questions, and walk you through the very brief set up process. 3) Enjoy having one of the best looking lawns on the block.

While experience is the best teacher, I am a certified, licensed applicator.
