What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time and meet go through and get a estimate. Then if we proceed to go ahead and do the job, I will work on getting you in my schedule as soon as possible so we can get all of your service needs taken care of.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working for the previous employer who owned the company then bought him out and took it over.
