Jace was a great representative of the companykind with good customer service. With that said, Apex put in a new heater and AC unit two years ago but it seems that every time they come out they find more stuff that is wrong/broke as they are suggesting new stuff that costs upwards of $3000 when the unit is only 2 years old.
