- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary by how many dog you have, size of the property, additional labor or upgrades. We do offer free and accurate quotes in person so that way we can see what you need and tailor the design that works best for you and your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the beginning to the end the owner will meet each customer and dog to establish report, learn more about what the customer needs and then provide an accurate and fair estimate. Once the customer accepts the owner of Dog Pro will also do all of the installation and dog training as well. From there if any additional help or services are needed the owner of Dog Pro will be there to offer amazing follow up and customer service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of experience I can say that I have the most expertise and knowledge when it comes to professionally installing our fencing while taking the utmost care of your property, making sure the line is installed as to significantly decrease any chance of line breakage from aerating, edging and other potential issues. The next most important piece is the dog training, don't leave your dog's safety to some new summer employee. If you want your dog to be successful staying within the boundary you will need a trainer who knows what they are doing, you need a PRO!
