- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have low overhead so pricing is generally lower and l offer military discounts and also senior citizens discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain the problem or the installation then I show them what needs to be done to solve the problem or what is required for the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a electronics degree and also have a masters electrical license. My electrical schooling was done thru the local 22 union apprenticeship program.
