- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We kick off with a free consultation call to understand your project-wheather its a kitchen reno or a PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal building) .Then, we schedule a site visit to assess details, measure up and chat specifics. From there I draft a detailed quote covering materials, labour, and timeline, all transparent. Once you're happy, we sign the contract, get permits if needed, and dive in-keeping you updated daily, or weekly. Safety and quality are non-negotiable, always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background started at ground level as a general labourer absorbing every detail on big commercial sites. Progressed to foreman, leading skilled teams with strict timelines, and quality work. Working close with site superintendent to make meaningful progress everyday. Now, as owner of a construction company, I bring that twenty years of know-how to ensure your job's done right within code, safe, and built to last.
