During the build, you get weekly updates so you always know what's happening and what comes next. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and ADU construction across the Omaha metro. Nick recently finished our basement. It turned out better than we could have imagined. Communication EVERY DAY about the who, what, when and why throughout the entire process. Thorough from day one through the last day (and even after). Will follow up in about a month after to see how things are settling and fix anything needed. Incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Attention to detail and quality in workmanship and the final product. Will be getting our repeat business when we're ready to start the other projects in our home. Worth every penny and then some. My wife and I had always considered finishing our basement but were hesitant given all the things that go into such an investment. In one consultation with Nick (at Platte + Pine), he was able to clearly address our concerns with his industry knowledge and expertise. We knew what we wanted but were unsure wed be able to accomplish it within our budget. From the beginning, Nick set clear expectations and was extremely helpful in the selections process to ensure we remained on track.
