I met Nate when he was sous chef at a lovely restaurant at which I held multiple business meetings. As many of my meetings included the same attendees, Nate understood the need to offer special menu items to keep guest’s interest in returning. Several friends were looking for private catering services, and I was glad to recommend Nate. His food is delicious, and beautifully presented. Nate’s menu offerings provided a wonderful variety of options, and Nate was always happy to work closely with clients to develop perfectly balanced menus, incorporating special requests as needed. Guests at many of these events enjoyed interacting with Nate, discussing his creations. Be it charcuterie, soups, pastas, proteins, fresh vegetables, breads or baked goods, Nate’s food was always on point. I have also had the good fortune to engage Nate for several family holiday functions. Our family looked forward to seeing Nate return, year after year - and were quite said to hear of his departure from Philadelphia. Nate takes your meal or event personally, as if it was being served to his own family and friends. Nate was always punctual (if not early), and stayed until everything was cleaned up. After Nate was done, our kitchen was just as clean - if not cleaner - than before meal preparation and service to 50+ guests. I can highly recommend Nate’s services, with no doubt you will find it quite enjoyable and much easier than trying to do it yourself!
