Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have a very collaborative, relaxed approach to working with clients. I understand photography, composition, lighting and how the camera will interpret what it sees but my clients know their personality - and what they're looking for in a final product. Working together, the end result is fantastic. Keeping things relaxed and fun while shooting also helps put clients at ease and helps us capture the best images possible, efficiently. My current focus areas include: • Formal or candid head shots/portraits • Lifestyle photography • Fitness/Model/Portfolio work • Editorial * Food Photography • Pets • Events • Sports (team shots + action) • Architectures/Real Estates I've always loved photography. The ability to capture a moment perfectly and reflect on it years later - with all of the emotions and memories coming back. The fact that I can also make a living at it is just a bonus.

Danielle W.

I really wanted some professional shots of my dog and Rich did a wonderful job! I really wanted pictures at dog beach, and Rich worked with me to pick the right time of day for the best lighting, and was super patient with my huge, stubborn dog! The photos turned out amazing - Rich completely captured the spirit of Chief which is exactly what I wanted. After the shoot, the great service continued with Rich keeping me updated on his process and making recommendations for what type of paper to I should use for my prints to get the best results. By far one of the best photography experiences!

Thank you Danielle! It was such a fun day capturing Chief's playful nature at the beach. Still one of my favorite shoots of all time!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because every shoot is different, I price projects based on the amount of time taken in preparation, the shoot itself and editing/retouching the final photos. I've had shoots run anywhere from $100 to $1000 depending on complexity and the hours involved.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I generally start the process with a new customer by meeting to discuss the shoot. This helps me understand what they're looking for and what they expect as the final result. It also helps me discuss my process during the shoot - and how we'll work together to achieve that. At this meeting we also decide on location, date and time. If the customer would like me to choose a location, we discuss what they're looking for so I can find the best location. After the initial meeting, I provide a detailed estimate, location information and scheduling confirmation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Aside from photography and fine art courses in college, I continually take seminars and classes to hone the technical side of photography. I've always had a very artistic eye and have worked to pair that with strong technical acumen.
