My business is unique in the sense that all my bids are so simple and easy to understand. Instead of one figure for a lump sum price of material/labor, I list out a detailed price sheet of materials needed and their individual cost, so you can understand and see where and how the money is being spent. I am the owner and primary installer, so you will speak with me and see me at your house working from start to finish. I keep my schedules that I have set and pride myself in the work I install. My top priority is customer satisfaction and reliable craftsmanship. I guarantee my workmanship with a five-year workmanship warranty. I truly enjoy working on roofs and installing siding, soffit, and fascia. I enjoy working outside and changing the look of a house. It's nice to be able to provide a service that not only the homeowner feels proud of but providing a service that also I know is something I can take pride in.

I needed my siding replaced along with soffit and fascia installed. I got Jesse's number through a friend of mine who owns rentals outside of Cedar Rapids. I received his estimate and it was right where I needed it to be as far as overall price. From the first time he came out until the final day, he was very professional and curtious. The job lasted 6 days and he and 1 other guy had completed my whole house along with the soffit and fascia. He took pride in his work from start to finish and is starting my brothers roof next week. Great contractor!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard base price in which I bid my jobs for roofing and siding. This allows me to use the information provided from the homeowner as well as Google Pro to accurately give an estimate if the homeowner is in need of a bid immediately or after hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to clearly break everything down for the homeowner from start to finish. I let them know that if they have ANY questions or concerns, they should NEVER hesitate to let me know. I understand that some of the bid proposal, work or materials have the potential to be confusing or overwhelming. I want my clients to refer me and my business time after time to friends and family. So, if they have any issue they'd like to bring up, I encourage it and will always do my best to work with them to make them feel comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction field since the age of 17. Primarily around roofing, concrete and Siding. Focusing on these three areas, there's not many things I have yet to encounter!
