- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not set it in stone. Price adjustments are considered depending on time and the amount of work and materials, including tools and parts, required to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be friendly and professional. The most important thing to do is listen to the customer’s needs and expectations to better provide services. Also, provide great communication and explain to the customer your process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed carpentry classes. Extensive experience with building furniture while at a previous employer.
