Multiple hours behind (classic car issue reasoning) never contacted me first. The three times we spoke I initiated all of the contact.
First contact - day before schedule to confirm they were coming and verify scope of work
Second contact - 1.5 hours after arrival time was supposed to be. They explained they had car issues and would be headed soon
Third contact - I had to reach out late at night if they ever completed (I hired remotely while I was out of town)
I hired for move out cleaning, the house was empty. I was clear about sqft of home, rooms, and that this was to get the house ready for showings to sell.
Floors, cabinets, appliances, walls etc.
My realtor explained they hadn’t even brought a vacuum with.
My realtor came back next morning to do additional cleaning.

Dina did a great job on the windows she cleaned. She needed a bigger ladder to finish the top windows which were our biggest reason for calling a cleaning company. She never came back to finish the job…so the windows that were our biggest problem continue to be dirty.

I take an individualized approach in estimating prices for my clients
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to do a walkthrough or a video chat to kinda get a good a good view of what to expect back and then I submit my bid to you and you can either accept it or deny it and then after that we will move forward to scheduling you and you for a happy home cleaning
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience and hands on training with k,j,d,&d style box commercial and residential seamless and seamed gutters with comfortable mind set on all elivations
