- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It varies depending on which agent you get. For myself, I like to hear what your needs and wants are, and I don't tend to deviate from that unless there's a serious issue. (Such as poor lighting, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the media field since 2008 and have had training and education during high school as well as being self taught.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's always best to have a friend with you when meeting a representative for the first time.
