What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A service visit is $89. That covers the trip, finding the problem and a written price before any work starts. If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 is waived. You'll get options in writing and you pick. We offer 10% off for military and seniors, and financing is available on bigger jobs. Every job comes with our 1-year worry-free warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message us and we'll get you on the schedule, usually same day or next day. The tech shows up, finds the problem and walks you through it. You get written options with prices up front. Once you pick one, we do the work, clean up and make sure it's right before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers are licensed in the cities we service. We are actively looking to build our skills and never stop learning.
