I had an emergency repair issue regarding a major leak from my water heater connection. Guardian Plumbing reached out to me first via text and scheduled a tech appt within only a few hrs. No one else could give me an appt until the next day or two! The plumber arrived on schedule and promptly assessed the issue and installed a solution. Jessica got us scheduled ASAP for my son's garbage disposal/leak. At the last minute my son told me about a drain issue with the shower. Christian was able to get both problems resolved with the one visit. He was very good about explaining everything that was wrong and what he needed to do. How did you get started doing this type of work?
Guardian Plumbing was founded after over a decade of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. Our owner spent 12 years working with a small local plumbing company, learning the ropes, building relationships, and dedicating himself to quality workmanship. After serving in the National Guard and being deployed three times, he returned home with a renewed sense of discipline, responsibility, and drive.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently replaced a sewer from the house to the street that was collapsed and impacted with roots. It involved a street cut and extensive coordination with the city. It took us 3 days which included concrete pour back and restoring the yard. Seeing how appreciative happy the customer was at the end was great!
