I highly recommend Rainbow International! Our egress window well filled with 4 ft of water before giving way during a flash flood. My basement was soaked from one end of the house to the other. One can only imagine how horrible it was to find your home in ruins and nothing being covered by insurance. I spent about 2 hours reading through reviews on companies that specialized in flooded homes and it only added to my stress level. I used Thumbtack to solicit help and selected three water mitigators to provide an estimate; all of which had had pretty great reviews. Hands down, Rainbow International gave me the best first impression. They were sympathetic, professional, and on time! Being on time doesn't seem like a big deal to some but when you are talking about mold prevention, professionalism and my thousands of dollars being spent, it is very important.
Not only were they on time but they were the first to submit their estimate...some of the other companies took 48 hours after they said they would submit one. Trust me people...when water is in your basement, you want it dried out as fast as possible! Being that these other companies are water mitigating companies I was pretty surprised that they were taking their sweet time.
I feel I need to mention that it is pretty expensive to dry out a flooded basement. Like really expensive and it only added to my panic-mania mental state that I was in. That being said, Dave was so understanding and amazing and let me know upfront all of the things that my husband and I could do to save on a lot of the expenses. So yea, that was a lot of work on our part but we are not "well off" and were already out thousands of dollars on furniture, flooring, window, drywall replacement, etc....so of course we were going to do as much of the labor and clean-up as possible in order to save some money.
Dave, his co-worker Robert and also his wife (also business associate) came by every day. They shared their moisture reading levels with me, removed fans that weren't required because of the drying progress (saving me even more money) and were always upfront with their expectations and the work being done.
They took there time to meet each of my children, my dog and the dogs we were babysitting. Probably the one thing that stuck out most to me is that on the second day, they were saying my children's name or pets name if they saw them...I couldn't believe they had actually remembered my kiddos and pets names. Very cool.
I was so appreciative of all their hard and honest work that I even baked some fall treats for them to take on the road with them. Seriously though, this company and its employees made the best out of a horrible situation. If you are reading this it's because you are most likely experiencing one of those situations right now...do yourself a favor and call this company!

This gentleman showed up promptly when he said he would, and did an amazingly quick, thorough, and beautiful job. His prices were inexpensive for the quality of work that he did; Whereas I don't normally review anything on the internet, I felt that Rainbow International deserved recognition.

I had a great experience with rainbow international. They were very professional and friendly and did a great job on my carpet ! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of this service and I will definetly call them again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Dave was very personable and thorough. They did a great job on all the areas and made the process very easy and convenient. I definitely feel like I got what I paid for and more. I would recommend Rainbow International to others and plan to use them in the future.
