- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers generally call us to set-up an appointment. We discuss with them the services needed and provide the best staff member to provide their services. For complex services, such as hair extension installation, we require that the client visit with us in person for a complimentary evaluation service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are professionally educated cosmetologists, barbers, massage therapist, estheticians, etc. During each 2 year license renewal cycle all staff members must complete the required number of continuing education units. Our staff always exceeds these requirements through their own education and that offered through the salon & spa.
