- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer $50 credit to first full month for new weekly lawn service clients! Pricing is based on the size and difficulty of servicing your property which all relates to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request full street address to give accurate estimate of service. Explain any questions on how our service works. Place client on service sheet. Follow up with client when service is complete. With Snow Removal or Special Projects, charge card on file is billed the day after service. With Lawn Cuttting or Pet Waste Removal, charge card on file is billed at the end of the month. Mulch or landscaping work is billed at 50% at the begining of the service and then billed the rest after service is rendered the following day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love being outside and feeling accomplished with completing a hard days work. I truly am passionate about lawn care. Any day I can work on a lawn and make it the best I can is a good day.
