What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 10-Step Process we follow, developed in-house. We go over this process during our initial conversation with the potential customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have degrees in Marketing from the University of Nebraska. We also have thousands of training hours for web design and development.
