FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Project pricing, no surprises. After a short discovery call, I send a flat quote that spells out pre-production, shoot time, editing, color, and sound. Travel is at cost. Multi-video packages and ongoing work get preferred rates. Nonprofits and schools get friendly pricing. A deposit secures dates, the balance is due on delivery. You see a clear, line-item estimate before we roll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Discovery, 15 minutes: goals, audience, success metrics • Pre-production: creative brief, schedule, shot list, permits • Production: lean crew, clear direction, clean audio and lighting • Post: first edit in 3 to 7 days with music and temp graphics • Review: Frame.io link with two rounds included • Delivery: web, social, and vertical files, plus thumbnails or stills on request
