- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to veterans and first responders. Our pricing is straight forward, no change orders unless it was something we could not inspect. ie. hole in the floor under the couch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you with over 3,000 samples of flooring, help with consulting you on trends and appropriate flooring for how you live. We focus on helping our customers solve what will meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've installed floors for more than twenty years and we do continuing education on trends, flooring types, installation to make sure we can give our customers a great experience.
