We hired Gary to be the MC for our annual Data Science Conference - DataScienceGO. Even though he had no experience with this type of audience, I was surprised by this adaptability: he connected very well with everybody, made sure all the attendees had a great time and also helped us keep track of the agenda and make important announcements from the stage.
