I had such a great experience with Lorenzo and R1 Construction and Remodeling, even though I ultimately didn’t end up hiring them. From the free estimate meeting, I was really impressed with how knowledgeable, thorough, and professional Lorenzo was. He took his time, paid attention to all the details, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured.
The only reason I went with someone else is that I found a company that could do both the painting and roofing work I needed, and by bundling the two projects, they were able to give me some pretty significant discounts. If I hadn’t found that option, this absolutely would have been my choice.
What really says a lot about Lorenzo‘s customer service is how he responded when I emailed to let him know I was going a different direction. He simply said that was fine and that he wanted me to be happy-“If you’re happy I’m happy”. I really appreciated that attitude!
I know I didn’t actually become a customer, but I still felt R1 Construction & Remodeling deserve a five star review based on the experience I had with Lorenzo. If you’re looking for a Painting company I definitely recommend this one!
