My technician today was Richard. He did an outstanding job. Took photos of everything that he did, cleaned up, and found any issues in the system. We should not have been happier when th his work and the company today - 1/23/2026. ________________ Update 2/25/2025 Warranty inspection and trouble shooting a problem. Found it quickly and done fast. My furnace just shut down without prior issues. The technician and his orientee to the new company arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue quickly. They looked for other possible causes and verified that once the fix took place that it did, indeed, solve the issue. He did some routine maintenance checks in his troubleshooting. They found a problem that would have been missed otherwise (a leaking pan that would have been caused bigger problems and major safety issues down the line). He took care of that and also found a ballast on my UV filter was bad and replaced that under warranty. The darn plastic furnace pan was "expensive". Just like repairing a car all that stuff is not cheap or easy to do. However, once I saw all the work that was involved with getting to the old one out and replacing it with the new, I was then satisfied that it was a reasonable and necessary expense. They were clean and professional. Highly satisfied with their work and will use them again in the future.

Hired on Thumbtack

Turn my heat on for the first time on a Sunday and discovered that it was not working. Reached out to McCarthy's and they were able to get a tech out within a half hour. Jacob was very professional, he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

If I could give ten stars I would. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind. Customer service is a rare commodity these days. However these folks nailed it. My furnace had to be replaced. It was like 35 years old and parts that were needed to repair was obsolete. They all work so well together as a team. I appreciate all of you so very much. Grateful to have met you all. Thank you 😊

After signing up for the service plan that McCarthy has we scheduled an appointment to have our furnace and water heater checked. They scheduled for the next week and the technicians were right on time. Sam and Andrew were very courteous and respectful of our house. They covered their shoes even after I told them it was ok not to. They gave us estimates for the repairs that need to be done in the near future and we will be telling all of our friends to use them if they have any heating, plumbing, or a/c issues.
