I will give you free and open advice on anything, and have no problem letting you know if this is something I can do or if you should find another contractor. Kyle did excellent work for us. We had several things we needed repaired/replaced in our new house. He got the work done quickly, for a fair price and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. He is someone I would feel comfortable recommending to family and friends. We will continue to work with Kyle for our home maintenance needs because he's honesty and thorough, and these days that's hard to find!

Kyle was very professional. Right on time, estimated time involved correctly, was extremely affordable and very curteous and pleasant. I would hire him again. Kyle replaced 2 ceiling lights, 1 in the entryway and 1 in the hallway.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates will vary depending on the type of job or services needed. General handyman or carpentry services are lower rates than more technical needs such as plumbing or electrical. But most of the time I am able to give you a fixed rate for most projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is getting to know the customer and needs. This is typically done by an on site free estimate where I we can not only discuss the project, but also get to know one another.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with my own home. I purchased a foreclosed home and spent 6 months remodeling it for my family. Throughout this time I worked with closed friends whom are licensed or certified in many technical traits which started my passion for this work.
