- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a 2 Hour Minimum plus parts, and a set rate after 2 hours for service calls, although most jobs dont take 2 hours this helps cover the cost of doing business (insurance, gas, tools, ware and tear on equipment, etc.,) Most customers always find more repairs they need to have done and I do these repairs under the minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet with the customer and discuss their needs. If it is a small job I will give them a quote on site. If the job is larger I will get measurements and figure out a quote and email them that with a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in Electrical Maintenance, basic electricity, HVAC, Indoor Air quality, Green HVAC, Preventive Maintenance, OSHA 30 Hour Certificate, Stationary Engineering 3rd Class.
