Low, slow smoked Brisket, Pork, Chicken are our bread and butter but we go further with Grilled subs and sides made from scratch, and a variety of sauces from major BBQ centers in the US. We pride ourselves in not taking short cuts preparing our products. Using the highest grade of meat available and smoking it using a variety of wood giving is a wonderful smokey flavor that makes sauce optional not necessity.
