FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of roofing system that you would like to install. Insurance companies are now giving discounts for installing Impact Resistant shingles, that could save you big on your home owners insurance premiums. There are also other factors as steepness, size, metal installation and skylight installation that affects the price of the project. I am happy to provide customers with a free quote to see an honest price in what it will cost to have a quality project completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet the home owner, and see what they would like for their project. That way I can determine what they need from their project. Then I measure the area needed, and describe the process and time line that will be needed for the project. I am happy to answer any questions, and I will stay in contact the whole way. I am also the project manager, so you will see ME on the job, not another new face. After the project is complete, I will meet with the customer to make sure the job is clean, and that the client and I are both happy with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love staying in touch with new technologies of roofing and ventilation. There have been MANY advancements as far as ventilation and asphalt shingle production that I find fascinating. I go to ventilation seminars twice a year to stay updated to new products that can save the home owners money, and also extend the life of the roof systems that I install.
