FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a professional marketer who has been in the industry for almost 20 years, so my pricing reflects my experience in understanding how to produce quality work every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation and get to know their business, their customers, competitors and then dig a little into their industry. I typically do this background work before providing a quote or proposal because all of these factors determine the best channels and most effective methods of marketing. In my proposals I like to present all options I think would work for their business and then scale up or down based on budget and need. My main objective is to help businesses achieve success through marketing, not make money from them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree in English, and I've been in the marketing industry for almost 20 years. I've worked as an editor and writer in a the technology industry, a creative writer in the student loan and financial industry, a Creative Director in the HR industry, the Director of Employment Branding in the HR and recruitment industry, Marketing Director for government software firm and the Vice President of Marketing for a large sales training organization. My experience includes forming and strengthening brand strategies, go-to-market plans and campaigns, market research, content strategies, lead generation, social media, advertising, website and optimization, collateral, managing large global teams and overseeing budgets.
