Most detailed estimate of several I received- also the best price for the work needed for a residential roof, detached garage and gazebo. This job required removing wood shake shingles, low-slope rolled roofing, some plywood replacement, working around 6 skylights, adding some ridge venting and installing new 30 year Heritage Tamko shingles. Nice job on the new asphalt shingles, low slope ice & water shield and new rolled roofing. Jed called when delayed by just a couple of days and then started and finished promptly. He came back on a Sunday to do an extra repair needed that was concealed under a cupola. He gave a credit for some unused materials so the final price was slightly less than the original estimate. His crew of experienced roofers did a neat, thorough job--everything as promised and cleaned up afterward. Shark Construction will be coming back to do seamless gutters for us next week.

gutter's, leafguard installed. did a very nice job look's good and we're pretty prompt with they'er service,I would Sharks again and more importantly would not be afraid to refer them.

Love helping people and this is the way that I can do that day in and day out
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I residided a house and build a wrap around deck. The deck they had before was hard for her mother to step up on to. The steps I built for it was elderly friendly and her mother was able to step up on the deck without even using the hand rail. Picture of project Is uploaded
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make sure you hire locally because non-local tradesmen are difficult to impossible to get to return to fix a problem if it shall arise
