We needed to remove a tree that died and Mike reached out right away after I contacted him. He came by the next day to have a look and determine the cause, told us what needed to be done and came by the following day to remove the tree. Everything was done very quickly and everything was very smooth.

This crew was amazing! They were professional, friendly, thorough, and just overall exceptional! I have a small in home daycare and they were so courteous and respectful of my schedule, were very friendly to my kiddos and even went a step beyond, in being careful with the neighbor's newly planted grass. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free and need to be done on-site as there a many variables that contribute to pricing.
We tend to be one of the most affordable tree service contractors for the level of quality and experience we offer.
We offer military and first responder discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your request for an estimate, one of our team of Certified Arborists will reach out to gather information and schedule your on-site consultation. You may meet with our arborist if you wish, but usually it is not necessary. Within 48 hours you will recieve your quote via the method of your choosing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved my formal training through the International Society of Arboriculture, the Tree Care Industry Association, the Nebraska Arborist Association and the Nebraska Department of Agriculture. I'm an ISA Certified Arborist, NAA Certified Arborist, Electrical Utility Qualified Arborist, ArborJet Certified Chemical Applicator, NDA Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator, State of Nebraska Registered Contractor, and hold Arborist Licenses in Omaha, Bellevue, Lincoln, Fremont, Valley, Blair, Wahoo, Ashland, Columbus, and York.
