- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum of 2 hrs. There's a fuel charge for jobs 25 miles away. May require deposit dependant on job type. (There could be adjustments to these based on jobs)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through a phone call, text or email get initial information, then schedule a time to come and take a look at the project if it's necessary to give the correct quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance Director roles.
