I absolutely recommend Concrete Modality and Terry’s expertise. I reached out needing a lot of concrete re-done around my house and front porch. I didn’t have much of a vision but Terry created a design that worked out really well. The work even fixed a problem I had with water getting into the basement. Thanks Terry and Brianne!

We hired Terry to add a driveway to the front of our home. He was quick to respond with his estimate and was clear in his proposed plan. By far the best priced! Terry worked efficient and quickly to get the job done. Our yard was a mess to say the least, from previous work and then we decided to take some bushes out that were next to the driveway. Not only did Terry clean up his work, he cleaned up our mess! He communicated with us throughout the project and ensured all of our questions were answered. If you are in need of concrete work, Concrete Modality is your best bet! We will call Terry if we ever need more work done to our home!

Overall, it was great work for a great price! We sent in a request for quote and they were out the next day and had formal bid emailed later that day. They were easy to work, got the work done in only a few days, and our patio looks great. We especially appreciated that they took extra care to make sure they didn’t rip up our lawn with their heavy equipment.

Unprofessional, poor communication, terrible customer service. Would not hire again. Paid $7,000 for an expanded concrete patio in our backyard and the colors he stained on the border and on our existing concrete look very bad. I expressed my concerns over the results over a month ago and he hasnt responded back to me. I even agreed to pay $700 extra for him to fix the colors he messed up and he hasnt contacted us back.
