We had several outlets that stopped working after a storm, and he came out the next morning. He explained everything in plain English, fixed the issue faster than I expected, and even pointed out a couple of small safety concerns without trying to upsell me. Fair price, showed up on time, and cleaned up before he left. I’d definitely call him again.
