Being a first time homeowner comes with a lot of anxieties and challenges, and finding the right company for repair and maintenance work was one that I was dreading. Luckily Ferris was our first call.We had Nick in to remove a garbage disposal that wasn't supposed to be installed on our system and he did a fantastic job, even following up to tweak 1 thing to get it perfect.Next we had Cody for an estimate for a full-home minisplit clean, and happy with the estimate we had Trevor and DeVohn in a few days later who did an excellent and fast job getting all of the splits clean. They were professional and courteous but also friendly.Lastly I just today had a condensation issue with one of the head units that was flowing some water into the home (it was building up for years it seemed like) and Cody came out and we spent a little time figuring out what was the cause of it, and he fixed it no problem, all while showing me everything, explaining what was going on, all while having great conversation along the way. Never once making me feel intimidated or "out of my league."It's easy to think and worry that you'll be taken advantage of, but every visit from Ferris has just been a superb, A+, experience. As we continue to make this new home truly 'ours,' we look forward to calling Ferris for anything that comes up.

Best experience I have had with mechanical contractor. I have been in construction industry for 30 years. Professionalism and follow through is outstanding. They clean up after their finished their work.

Cody was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed the problems and explained my options. I ended up opting for a new installation due to the age of my existing system and the cost of repairs. I was given a reduced repair cost because I opted for a new system.

I had a great experience with Ferris plumbing and heating at my house the past two days. Travis and Kevin were great. Very knowledgeable and communicated everything to me. I had a difficult situation with another service having made multiple mistakes on my HVAC system. Travis and Kevin figured out the problems and fixed it perfectly. I highly recommend Ferris plumbing and heating
