- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep my pricing in line with the market. Its the little things I do that go above and beyond expectations, to ensure you get a great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk to the customer to introduce myself. I then like to see the work to be completed in person to know exactly what I need to do. Once the work is completed I walk the customer through the work performed and ask for their approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction field for 10+ years. I have worked in all areas from building gas stations, to installing floor and wall coverings, to working for a general contractor. I trained with masters of these trades and also taught myself the best way to do things. I took all the skills I have learned in these fields and started my own business. I don't have any formal education, but I have years of experience in the field.
