Wil was very responsive! He came right out and explained everything he will be doing step by step to inspect our in ground pool and then write a detailed report. We received the report as promised within 24 hours. It was detailed and left no questions unanswered! I would recommend Wil and Modena Construction to anyone who has a pool job or other construction projects. He is very friendly and punctual!

We hired their services to do a patio in our backyard and a walkway at our house last year. The estimate was very informative, and we received the estimate right away, which was very organized and professional. Also, he started the job as agreed, and the final result exceeded our expectations. For these reasons, we highly recommend Modena’s services.

We hired Modena to install a patio for us in Nashua.
The quality of the work is amazing, the work area was very neat everyday and communicating with the crew was very easy.
They always showed up when they said they were going to show up.
We would definitely hired Modena again for future projects.

Wil and his crew did an amazing job on a project in our backyard. They followed our vision well and used their expertise to give suggestions and input about what would work well. They were professional and courteous. It was an incredible experience working with Modena and I would highly recommend using them for future projects.

I highly recommend Moderna. Will’s work is beautiful and high quality. He gave us some great ideas and the project he did for us came out better than we had envisioned it.
