- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers receive a free consultation over Thumbtack which can be followed by a voice or Zoom call to discuss further details and align the project plans. Communication is a top priority as it dissolves any confusion and gives the pro adequate insight so the project can be filmed as desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We consistently reinvest into new learning as we see immense value in developing new skills and sharpening old ones. Experience can sometimes be the best method of this, pushing the boundaries of what we thought was possible and testing new ideas to employ down the road.
