- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What the customer should know about my pricing is this: the price I give is honest and fair. The price is just as good, if not better than anyone else's in the industry. I have no hidden fees and you still get a professional look, professional feel and excellent service for a great price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, usually, ill get a call from said client, and give a rough estimate. If needed, I schedule a time that works for the client(s) to come over to their place to sit and discuss what they are looking to get done, look at a few samples whether it'd be carpet, tile, or linoleum, pull the measurements that ill need, and then proceed with a more accurate rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my Education and training comes from personal, and hands on, experinece working in the field itself so I'm familiar with a lot different techniques that makes me a well rounded installer.
